Special Note: The White Institute has decided to close the Organization Program at the end of the 2010-2011 academic year. The Institute does not have any current plans for future offerings in this area, but if you send us an email, we will notify you of any future offerings.
The Organization Program at the White Institute helps professionals understand the psychological and social dynamics that underlie organizational life to enable them to better influence workplace outcomes. The Program’s conceptual framework, experiential learning and practical tools provide a rich learning environment, which focuses on how individuals, groups and systems function. Participants come from a wide range of public and private sector organizations. Graduates have viewed their Program experience as transformative to their careers, enabling them to work and lead more effectively—complementing their prior professional training and experience by adding a second discipline to their portfolio of skills.
The Organization Program’s unique model increases competence at work, helping participants:
- Understand the underlying dynamics of organizational life.
- Work more authoritatively.
- Bring about organizational change.
